Evil Incremental is an active incremental puzzler where you play as a recently reawakened evil god whose purpose is to destroy the world.

Spawn spirits that generate various resources. Accumulate those resources to buy upgrades, unlock new spirits and progress in the story. Use the day night cycle to your advantage to become stronger.

Will you annihilate the world?

  • Several resources to max out.
  • A day night cycle that encourages smart play.
  • Combo opportunities using the various spirits at your disposal.
  • A fun narrative.
  • High quality sound effects for each spirits and chapters. Music to accompany the game.
  • A leaderboard to compare yourself to other world destroyers.

Information

Currently in Beta V.0.2

The game was made for mobile in mind but a web build is provided. The experience in the web build will be less tailored. The apk is recommended over the web build.

Saving works on web build in most browsers (tested on chrome, edge). If you want to be safe you can manually save and load. You'll have to save the save file somewhere on your computer.

Controls

If you play the web build, your mouse clicks are like a screen press on mobile. You might need to zoom out of the game if it does not fit the screen properly (on most browsers that's Ctrl+ for zoom in and Ctrl- for zoom out).

MY OPINION ABOUT the game is it's amazing every thing feels good and the sounds and the music everything is great yes maybe it doesn't feel very incremental with the numbers but the game play is still pretty good for a game all i hope to see in the future is much more upgrades and alot of features added to the game. (4.3/5)

I like this game. It has a different feel than most other idle style games. I would actually have liked it to be a few chapters longer.

My only issue is that I have maxed everything out and yet I cannot produce death fast enough to finish the final invasion. No matter what method I attempt I come up about 3 million short.

Have you tried stacking up the Bannik and Kikimore spirits effects together? They form a deadly combo ;)

As for more chapters, I'm working on it! The game is still in development and I aim to add a few chapters/resources/spirits and new mechanics. If you want to, you can follow me or join the discord to stay up to date.

Love this game! The day and night mechanics make for a really nice twist on the incremental genre which can make the game surprisingly hectic. Nice job!

Cool game. I played this when it came out and since I have nowhere to ask I'm wondering what progress has been made in development?

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I'm still working on the game. Unfortunately I've had limited time in the past few months and progress has been a bit slow. I've had time to fix some balancing issues, bugs and add some icons.

Otherwise I have a whole lot of content upgrades lined up. I just haven't had the time to put them in place. I hope to have you play a new and improved version as soon as possible!

Really strong theme! The sound design is great with whistling wind and somber music, and the monster sounds you get with the chapter text is great. Love the Darkness resource on the day-night cycle, and the idea that you get a boost during nighttime. You end up working in a pattern to be most effective at night while upgrading spells during the day.

Unfortunately at the final chapter, the steady progression slows down as you are forced to manually click buttons rapidly to boost your spells at night. Some of the thematic elements start to wear out (went from 1 Moon to 17?) and the last grind to finish off the final milestone doesn't have the same sense of corruption and dread as the rest of the game.

Absolutely worth a play until you have to unlock the final Death milestone. The short blurb is anticlimactic, but the ride to get there is great.

what are the controls

Mouse only and you click the buttons on the UI. Game was made for android but I also provide a web build.

This is one of the better incremental games I've played. Fun theme, upgrade decisions that matter, an end goal, and no rebirth mechanics to pad out the experience.

One question: Where did you find the sound effects used for the monster unlocks? Combined with short descriptions leaving much to the imagination, I got more chills than with most horror games.

Thanks for playing :)

I worked with a sound designer and he crafted a short clip for each spirit and resource unlock! We wanted it to be quite chilling so I guess that's mission accomplished :)

There's a few other ones that didn't make it into the game. Maybe after an update they will!

Hey, this is a cool game. Unfortunately, I got stuck, I upgraded my first spirit, and I couldn't get more dark energy to upgrade my capacity from 100 to 125, and the fear cost is 109.

With some minor improvements, I think this game could do quite well!

Hey, thanks for checking it out! You can change the level of your spirit if it becomes too expensive. Press the - button in the spirits tab.

Thanks for clearing that out. Are you still developing this game?

Yes I think I'll be improving and expanding it. :)

Fun! Made it to the epilogue.

Thanks for playing! Any thoughts on improvements you'd like to see? Or maybe a sort of prestige system?

game is not sized properly to play in browser its clearly designed for a cell phone

That's because the only download is specifically for Android. I do wish there was a PC version, but the download is for android, not PC or browser.

It also doesn't seem to want to run right in bluestacks. Might work a bit better in a standard android emulator from the ADK, but meh

I thought I tried it out myself in bluestacks but seemingly not well enough. What exactly is not working right?

It gives the standard unity splash screen, but then never pulls up the game itself. It's an issue I've had with a few other games, so might just be me, I dunno

Sorry about that. Like the other comment said the game was made for mobile in mind from the start. However I was asked to add a web build for those who wanted to play despite that.

I put it in the description though I realise many go straight for the good stuff :D

Sorry about that
